1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" refers to the hee55 website accessible at hee55.io and all associated services, features, and products made available through that domain.
• "Player" / "You" refers to any individual who has registered a hee55 account or is accessing the Platform.
• "Account" refers to the individual registered account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" refers to funds held within a Player's account, including real-money deposits and any credited bonus funds held in a separate bonus wallet.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, free spin value, or matched deposit credit applied to an account as part of a hee55 promotional offer.
• "BDT" refers to Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of Bangladesh and the default transaction currency on hee55.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process that hee55 may require any Player to complete at any time.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total value of bets that must be placed before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn from a Player's account.

2. Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By accessing the hee55 Platform, registering an account, or making any deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

2.2 These Terms & Conditions apply to all services offered through the hee55 Platform, including sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and any other gaming product made available now or in the future.

2.3 hee55 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, registered Players will be notified via their registered email address. Continued use of the Platform following notification of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2.4 If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

3. Eligibility and Registration

3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any hee55 service. hee55 strictly prohibits gambling by persons under the age of 21. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be closed immediately and all funds returned, minus any bonuses claimed.

3.2 Jurisdiction. By registering, you confirm that online gambling is not prohibited under the laws applicable to you in your location. hee55 operates as an offshore platform. Players are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gambling in their jurisdiction before registering.

3.3 One Account Per Person. Each Player may maintain only one registered account on hee55. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. hee55 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and void any associated balances or bonus claims without prior notice.

3.4 Accurate Registration Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your hee55 account. You are responsible for keeping your registration information up to date. hee55 may require you to verify your identity, address, and payment methods at any time as part of the KYC process.

3.5 Prohibited Persons. hee55 employees, contractors, affiliates, and their immediate family members are not permitted to open or maintain a Player account. Accounts opened in violation of this condition will be closed and balances forfeited.

4. Account Management

4.1 Login Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. hee55 strongly recommends enabling two-step verification (OTP) on your account. You must notify hee55 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4.2 Account Security. hee55 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account where that access resulted from your failure to keep credentials secure, including sharing login details with third parties.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC). hee55 may require you to submit identity documents — including a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and payment method verification — before processing withdrawal requests or at any other time deemed appropriate. Failure to complete KYC within the specified timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal rights.

4.4 Inactive Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months is considered inactive. hee55 reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee of ৳200 per month to inactive accounts after a 30-day written notice period. If an account balance reaches zero, the account may be closed.

4.5 Account Closure by Player. You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting hee55 support. Pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard procedures. Bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. hee55 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to the account.

5.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to the Player's account within 60 seconds of confirmation. hee55 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's network or technical issues outside hee55's control.

5.4 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Standard processing time for withdrawals to mobile banking services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is approximately 15 minutes following approval.

5.5 Withdrawal Method Matching. Withdrawals will be processed using the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where possible. hee55 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawal requests where the payment method cannot be matched.

5.6 Third-Party Payments. hee55 does not accept deposits from, or process withdrawals to, payment accounts belonging to third parties. All deposit and withdrawal transactions must originate from and return to accounts registered in the Player's own name.

5.7 Transaction Fees. hee55 does not charge processing fees on standard BDT deposits or withdrawals. The Player's payment provider may independently apply network fees; hee55 has no control over third-party fee structures.

5.8 Currency. All account balances, transactions, and displayed odds are expressed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). hee55 does not support multi-currency accounts.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on hee55 are subject to confirmation. hee55 reserves the right to decline or limit any bet without providing a reason. Bets are not confirmed until accepted and a unique bet reference is generated.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to individual markets and events. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement. hee55 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time and without prior notice.

6.3 Obvious Errors. If a bet is accepted due to an obvious pricing error — including but not limited to odds that are manifestly incorrect due to a technical fault or human error — hee55 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake. "Obvious error" is determined at the sole discretion of hee55's trading team.

6.4 Live Betting. Live and in-play betting markets are subject to rapid odds changes. hee55's system processes bets at the odds valid at the time the bet is confirmed by the server, which may differ from the odds displayed on screen at the moment of submission due to latency.

6.5 Void Bets. Bets may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to: event postponement or cancellation, match abandonment before a result can be determined, technical failure affecting market integrity, or breach of these Terms & Conditions by the Player. Voided bets are returned as stakes to the Player's account.

6.6 Casino and Slot Games. All casino games and slot titles on hee55 use certified random number generation (RNG) technology. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are provided by the respective game provider. hee55 does not control game outcomes and is not liable for individual game results.

6.7 Game Malfunction. In the event of a game malfunction or technical error during a casino or slot session, the affected game round will be voided and the bet amount returned to the Player. hee55 is not liable for any alleged winnings arising from a malfunctioning game.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 Offer Eligibility. Promotional offers on hee55 are available to eligible registered Players as specified in the individual offer terms. hee55 reserves the right to exclude any Player from a promotion at its discretion, including where abuse or manipulation is suspected.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry period are stated in full in each offer's specific terms, which are published before opt-in.

7.3 Bonus Wallet. Bonus funds are held in a separate bonus wallet and are not available for withdrawal until wagering requirements are fully met. Real-money funds in the main wallet are used for bets first. Bonus funds are applied once the real-money balance reaches zero, unless otherwise specified.

7.4 Bonus Abuse. hee55 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim bonus funds — and to close the associated account — where it has reasonable grounds to believe a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. This includes placing bets on opposing outcomes to guarantee a profit regardless of result (known as "matched betting" exploits), collusion, or other manipulative behaviour designed to extract value from promotions without genuine gambling intent.

7.5 One Bonus Per Promotion. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotional offer is limited to one claim per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device. hee55 uses these parameters to identify duplicate or fraudulent bonus claims.

7.6 Expiry. Unclaimed or unconverted bonus funds expire on the date stated in the offer terms. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account automatically and cannot be reinstated.

8. Responsible Gaming

9. Prohibited Activities

9.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hee55 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in contravention of applicable laws.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts (whether personally or through third parties).
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any other form of sports corruption.
• Exploiting technical errors, system vulnerabilities, or pricing mistakes for financial gain.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 All content on the hee55 Platform — including but not limited to the hee55 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of hee55 or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from hee55.

10.3 Game titles, graphics, and associated intellectual property displayed on hee55 (including those from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) remain the property of their respective owners and are used on the Platform under licence.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 hee55 provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain Platform availability and data accuracy, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by gross negligence, to the extent that such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.

12. Privacy and Data

12.1 hee55 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published separately at hee55.io/privacy-policy and forms part of the overall agreement between hee55 and the Player.

12.2 By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, transaction processing, and responsible gaming compliance.

12.3 hee55 implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures — including 256-bit SSL encryption and segregated data storage — to protect Player personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure.

13. Termination

13.1 By hee55. hee55 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account — with or without notice — where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or prohibited activity, or where account closure is required for regulatory compliance purposes. In such cases, hee55 will retain the right to withhold balances pending investigation.

Any remaining real-money balance (net of bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements) will be returned via your last verified withdrawal method.

13.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination, your licence to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms & Conditions that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to Sections 9 (Prohibited Activities), 10 (Intellectual Property), and 11 (Limitation of Liability) — shall remain in effect.

14. Governing Law

14.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which hee55 is incorporated as an offshore operator. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body.

14.3 The English-language version of these Terms & Conditions is the authoritative version. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translation, the English version prevails.
